Maintains, repairs, and overhauls school buses and other company vehicles. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of maintenance tasks. May direct the work of others. Works under general supervision with some latitude for independent judgment. May assist in training less experienced technicians or new employees.
Assist the driver in the safe operation of the route and manage students as defined/identified by school.

To be responsible for all aspects of scheduling and coordinating field trips for the district (PreK-12) during the school year and during the summer. The Field Trip Coordinator must also schedule buses/drivers required to transport athletic teams and all related auxiliaries.
To support the Contract Manager in managing daily operations and administrative functions, including but not limited to, route supervision, staff and driver supervision, charter program oversight, effective communication with internal and external customers and coaching employees for optimal performance, managing the entire operation in the absence of the Contract Manager, complying with all company policies. To prepare the individual to take on a Contract Manager role within 12 months.
